One-time service

Team AI Training

Hands-on workshops that get your people using AI tools confidently and safely in their real, day-to-day work.

What we do

  • Live session, virtual or on-site in Northeast Ohio
  • Examples built from your actual business workflows
  • AI use policy starter, slides, recording, and a quick-reference guide

What we don't do

  • One-on-one coaching
  • Ongoing support after the session (available through a monthly plan)
  • Travel outside Northeast Ohio is billed at cost

Custom AI Tools & Automations

We design and build AI-powered tools and automations that take repetitive work off your team's plate.

What we do

  • Discovery and a written scope with a fixed price
  • Build, testing with your real data, user guide, and a training session
  • 30-day warranty after launch

What we don't do

  • Software licenses or API costs
  • Data cleanup beyond what's in the scope
  • Changes after sign-off without a written change order

Ongoing hands-on hours, maintenance for the tools we build, regular strategy sessions, and reporting, in three plans that grow with your business.

6-month minimum, then month to month. Billed monthly in advance. Annual prepay saves 10%. Upgrade anytime; downgrade at renewal.

Do we need technical staff to work with you?

No. Most of our clients don't have an IT department. We handle the technical work and train your team to use what we build.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whatever fits your business best. We're not tied to any vendor. We often work with tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and your accounting or CRM software.

Is our data safe?

We use business-grade tools with strong privacy terms, ask only for the access we need, and help you set clear rules for what goes into AI tools.
