Phyllogic AI was founded by Rachel Faciana, a Cleveland-based finance leader. In 2020 she founded Western Reserve Consulting, a fractional CFO and accounting firm for small and midsize businesses. As that firm grew, she started building AI tools to run it: automations that connect QuickBooks Online to the other systems her clients use, custom reporting dashboards, an AI proposal generator, and Notion agents that manage her team's daily work.
That's why Phyllogic is CFO-led. Rachel has spent years on the business side of small and midsize companies, and she's seen where the hours go: retyping data between systems, chasing paperwork, and rebuilding the same reports every month.
